Home About

Knowing a trade is one thing but what Jacob brings to his business and in his life is integrity and a sense of truly caring about the people he works with. He’s a hands-on kinda guy.

Jacob’s Grandpa was a draftsperson among other talents he designed homes and always hand drew his plans.

WE BELIEVE THAT EVERY PROJECT, EVERY CLIENT DESERVES PRIORITY STATUS.

Jacob is the kind of guy that knew what he wanted and that was to build custom homes. He started learning the building trade just out of high school.

His ambition and natural talents helped him succeed beyond the expectations of his peers and even his soon to be competition. He was young when he got his contractors license at the age of 23 he passed the General Contractors’ test on his first attempt.

What does luck have to do with anything? Sometimes it just happens, when it does, it’s meant to be. Luckily for Jacob at a young age he met a seasoned contractor that took him in as an apprentice. Having recently lost his own son to a tragic death he took Jacob under his wing, taught him the many skills he needed to build and to see a project through to completion. John also gave him business advice. He forewarned Jacob that a lot of the trades he will be sub-contracting with will not give him the respect he expects because of his age but said not to  let that get to him. Just do the work take the lead and let your quality prove your value. That was many years ago now but the valuable lessons have stayed with him and it shows in every project Jacob takes on.

PERSONALLY SPEAKING

You’ll find Jacob on the job with clients or busy on his own home restoration and with his family, Dorothy his wife and his daughter Charlotte who has her own pink hard hat and company logo on her “work” clothes.

Spend any time with Jacob and you’ll hear him talking under his breath to his Grandpa about daily building challenges. He learned a lot from that old man, who could fix anything even if it took him a few tries.
